All YES Award recipients will be formally notified by the YAO Cambodia.

The YES Award ceremony will be held around late January each year at the Japan Center, a university hall, or other venue, with guests including university officials, intellectuals, students interested, newspapers and television.

Several years after the launch of this program, YES Award Plus recipients returning home from their study in Japan could be given an opportunity to present their research paper at this ceremony.
